Instructions for Use

1. Place the stretchers into the shoes; they are designed to fit both left and right shoes;
2. Adjust the length: Turn the “round” handle clockwise to change the length of the stretchers.
3. Adjust the width: Rotate the “L-shaped” metal handle clockwise to modify the width of the stretchers.
4. Let the stretchers stay in the shoes for a minimum of 24 hours;
5. Turn the handles counterclockwise to remove the stretchers from the shoes.
