Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

All estimated delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference only.


1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

The processing time begins on the day you place your order. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Operating Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM GMT

2. Transit Time & Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

4. Changing Your Address & Cancellations

Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us immediately at support@Lisslune.com. We process orders within 1–3 business days; once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Unexpected Delays & Damages

  • Delays: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or peak seasons. If your parcel is outside the recommended delivery window, please contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged in Transit: If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the parcel from the courier if possible. If it was delivered in your absence, contact customer service immediately with photos of the damage.
