Return & Refund Policy – Lisslune

By using Lisslune's return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our return, exchange, and refund procedures for customers within the United Kingdom.

30 Day Returns Policy

Lisslune offers a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, please initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for the Return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in unused, new condition,
  • Include original tags, &
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts that are not due to our error are ineligible for return.

Additionally, returns made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Procedure for Returns

If you want to return an item, contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving it at support@Lisslune.com.

Our team will send you a return form to print, fill in, and include in your return package.

  • Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
  • Exception: If you received a wrong or damaged item, we'll cover return shipping and email you a free return label to download and print.

Please repackage your item(s) using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for proper packaging. Returns sent without contacting us will not be accepted.

How Can Customers Return Your Products?

Customers who wish to return their products can send them by post. Returns in stores or kiosks are not possible.

How Much Do Customers Have to Pay for the Return Shipment?

For defective products, we will cover these costs for you.

However, if you return for other reasons, e.g. due to a withdrawal, you must pay the actual return costs.

Damages and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

What Is the Restocking Fee?

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Policy

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We cannot refund shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We will only exchange damaged, incorrect products, incorrect sizes or defective products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@Lisslune.com.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
