2. Confirm that the target disk has a capacity equal to or greater than that of the source disk.
3. Do not insert or remove HDD or SSD while another drive is currently in use.
4. Prior to copying, back up files on the target disk as all data on it will be erased during the offline copying procedure.
5. To prevent data loss, refrain from unplugging or inserting drives while another drive is active in the docking station. It is advisable to power off the docking station before attempting to remove any components.
