PRODUCT FEATURES

• Transparent, elastic, and pure polypropylene sealant:
  Appropriate for both indoor and outdoor applications on concrete surfaces, including precast elements, cement foundations, and masonry.
  Excellent for sealing around drainage pipes, tunnels, and restrooms, as well as providing protection for metal and stone lines against corrosion.
  Important: To achieve optimal waterproof performance, avoid contact with water for the first 24 hours post-application.
  User-friendly: No mixing needed, ready to use immediately, and can be easily applied with a brush.

• Advanced gel-like viscosity:
  Employs a higher concentration resulting in a semi-transparent, gelatinous consistency that enhances stability and adhesion.
  This superior viscosity promotes better film formation:
  The refined composition yields a clear, thick gel that establishes a robust and lasting waterproof seal.

• Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures:
  Will not deform or melt in high heat.
  Remains intact in cold conditions without cracking.
  Effective in temperature ranges from -60°C to 120°C.

• Noticeable waterproofing effect:
  Seals tiny openings and cracks on surfaces, significantly hindering water infiltration.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free from moisture before using.
• For larger gaps or cracks, it's recommended to first apply a premium sealant layer before using this waterproof sealant for the best results.
• Avoid painting on overly thick layers; however, if a thicker coat is needed, let the initial layer dry fully prior to adding another.
• Do not apply on rainy days to ensure the sealing effectiveness is not compromised.
