This product forms a strong bond with minimal intrusion into the base material, which surpasses soft steel in strength. It effectively connects both heavy and light components with a tensile strength of 20,000 kg.
ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCT:
- The meltable welding rods are high-quality specialized rods primarily intended for welding/soldering aluminum and its alloys. They also excel at robustly joining other non-ferrous metals, excluding stainless steel.
- Typical applications encompass cargo areas, loading ramps, dock structures, checker plates, irrigation systems, engine blocks, gearboxes, and more.
GUIDE FOR WELDING:
- Thoroughly clean the area to be welded with a stainless steel brush until it appears shiny.
- Then, heat the surface you will be welding evenly.
- Gently pass the rod over the heated section until it melts and flows.
Warning: Avoid direct heat on the rod, as it may disintegrate. If you succeed in melting the rod directly, the joint could fail. Remember, directly melting the rod is incorrect and leads to crumbled welds.

- Suggested for welding aluminum alloys: 1060, 1350, 3003, 3004, 3005, 5005, 5050, 6053, 6061, 6951, 7005, in addition to cast alloys 710.0 and 711.0.

- Perfect for minor repairs. For critical safety repairs, we advise replacing the components rather than attempting repairs.
