Knife Sharpener - Electric Knife Sharpener
This Knife Sharpener boasts a contemporary design focused on safety, making it easy to clean and store. The non-slip rubber feet ensure stability during knife sharpening.
Step 1: Coarse sharpening: Utilize this stage only if your knife is very dull. Place the knife in the coarse sharpener. With gentle pressure downwards, guide the blade from the heel to the tip through the slot. Repeat this process three times. \n \nIt is suggested to do this every six months or as necessary.
Step 2: Fine honing: Always finish with this step to remove any burrs formed during the coarse sharpening and re-edging. Without applying too much force, pass the blade through the slot of the fine ceramic rod three to five times. This step can also be used on its own to maintain the sharpness of your blade. It is recommended to perform this about once a week or more frequently with daily use.
Step 3: After using the sharpener, carefully wipe the knife blade with a moist cloth or rinse it under running water and dry it completely. Clean with a non-abrasive brush. 
This sharpener is specifically intended for steel knives and should not be used on ceramic or serrated blades. Important: Do not place the sharpener in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.
