Overview:
1. The strap is made from a luxurious fabric that is both sturdy and gentle against your skin, minimizing the risk of friction injuries. The wider fabric folds offer enhanced support, alleviating the discomfort often associated with narrow traditional straps. Using an aerial yoga sling is an excellent method to elevate your yoga sessions to a higher level of fitness.
2. There’s no requirement for beams or extra tools; just slide the two foam wheels over the door and close it for a secure fit. As the aerial stretching sling isn't permanently installed, it can be easily relocated to different rooms or taken on your travels. It will be incredibly beneficial for stretching your back, waist, legs, and for practicing shoulder openings. A FREE ADDITIONAL STRAP boosts your workout effectiveness.
3. The loop is adjustable, enabling various lengths/stretches, so you can tailor it exactly to your demands on either side. The adjustable length of the sling is 63". When fully extended, it covers the hips and a significant part of the back. The waist/leg strap is a superb substitute for bulky weights that unnecessarily clutter your space.
