You will no longer need to buy matches or lighters continuously. This handy pocket fire starter is extremely robust and has a long lifespan. Before you begin using it, make sure to fill the chamber with paraffin to adequately soak the end of the wick, ensuring a reliable spark and a persistent flame. This everlasting match is contained in a rectangular housing that secures a metal rod. Thanks to the attached keychain loop, you'll have a reliable source of light whenever you require it. One end of the metal rod is equipped with a wick, and when the lighter is closed, it is waterproof.
To generate a spark, strike it at least ten times to penetrate the protective coating. Place the flint with the top side up on a solid surface, hold the scraper upright against the flint, and then sprinkle some magnesium powder onto flammable materials such as paper or small branches. Tilt the flint at about a 45° angle, approximately 2.5 cm away from the magnesium powder on the ground, and swiftly scrape the stone to create a spark that will ignite the combustible items.
