Directions:
1. Prior to applying the eye drops, ensure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, then dry them with a clean towel.
2. To deliver the drops into your eyes, you may either recline or utilize a mirror. It can be useful to seek assistance from someone else to confirm the drops are landing correctly in your eye.
3. Gaze upwards with both eyes.
4. Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid with one hand. Use the other hand to hold the bottle or tube. If needed, steady your hand against your forehead for additional support.
5. Allow a drop or a small amount of ointment to fall into your lower eyelid. Make sure that the tip of the bottle or tube does not contact your eye.
6. Blink and softly dab any extra liquid with a tissue.
