If the clock is not functioning properly, please follow these steps for checking and adjusting:
1. Ensure that the battery may be inserted incorrectly or is exhausted;
2. Make sure that the clock hands are not obstructed by other hands or the glass during movement and check if the hands are wobbly, as this may affect the functioning of the clock. If so, there is no need to worry, it is not a quality issue. You just need to open the six screws on the back, adjust the hands, and reattach the screws to reset the clock. (DO NOT TURN THE CLOCK HANDS DIRECTLY, AS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE MECHANISM.)
Important Notes:
1. The battery is not included in the delivery, please purchase it separately.
2. Differences in lighting and monitor settings may lead to minimal color discrepancies. Due to manual measurements, a deviation of 1-2 cm may occur, we appreciate your understanding.
3. Please do NOT use alkaline batteries, as the high current flow could damage the mechanism and cause inaccurate timekeeping.
4. The clock is very easy to operate: Turn the knob to set the time, and then insert the battery.
