If the items you receive have water marks, we congratulate you on receiving a product that has successfully passed our quality checks.
For every batch, our quality inspector performs random sampling to verify that the product's quality meets our standards; hence, there may occasionally be some water left in the product. Should any issues be found during the inspection, we will address them and remove the product from circulation.
It is advisable to completely charge the product prior to its initial use.
Once fully charged, the operational range is between 8 to 10 meters. The water gun can provide approximately 35 to 50 shots after being filled with water, and the battery can accommodate around 4 to 5 additional water refills, totaling an estimated 200 shots.
A low battery may adversely affect the range.
Recommended age: 6 years and older
The battery is designed to be waterproof and secure. To prolong the battery's lifespan, the area where the battery is located should remain dry.
