How to Measure Your Foot (for the Right Size)
1) Place a sheet of paper against a wall and secure it with tape.
2) Stand with your heel against the wall, weight evenly distributed (best to do this in socks, as you would wear the shoes).
3) Mark your longest toe and measure the distance from wall to mark (in cm).
4) Measure both feet and use the larger value.
5) For comfort, plan for an additional 0.5–1.0 cm of movement allowance.

Note on New Product Odor
Immediately after unpacking, a slight odor may occur due to packaging/shipping. This is usually harmless and dissipates quickly.
1) Unpack the shoes and let them air for 12–24 hours in a well-ventilated area (not in direct sunlight).
2) Remove the insole briefly (if available) and air it separately.
3) Optional: Place 1–2 teaspoons of baking soda in a small pouch and leave it in the shoe overnight (no direct contact with the material needed).
4) Afterward, tap out briefly and air again.
Light Creases from Packing
Due to storage or shipping, light creases in the upper material may occur. These usually smooth out with wear or simple measures.
1) Stuff the shoe evenly with clean paper (e.g., tissue paper).
2) Let it sit for 6–12 hours to stabilize the shape.
3) Optional: Briefly warm with lukewarm air (hairdryer on low setting, keep a distance) and then continue to stuff.
4) Subsequently, wear briefly 1–2 times – movement helps with smoothing.
